Update: v1.3.0: The Big Fitbit Update

First update of the new year! The plugin has updated to v1.3.0, which adds some long-awaited features:

NEW FEATURES:

• Fitbit support! Connecting to your Fitbit involves downloading a special Companion App via the Fitbit App Gallery on the Fitbit Phone App. To do this, simply select your model of Fitbit in vts-heartrate and scan the provided QR code. A complete setup guide can be found in the vts-heartrate tooltip, or in the README.
• Easier Art Mesh selection! You can now select your art meshes to tint from within VTube Studio using an intuitive point-and-click menu. No longer will you need to know the names of all your Art Meshes!

FIXES:

• Updated the Custom Parameter VTS_Heartrate_Breath to factor in the provided Maximum Heartrate, instead of only factoring in the Resting Heartrate. This allows you to more easily define at what heartrate threshold you will experience heavy breathing.
